Fall 12 Week Program
Hi, my name is Mael and I am a food addict and compulsive eater.
I did not achieve my goal of losing 21 pounds of fat in 12 weeks. I succumbed to my love affair with CASS (chocolate, alcohol and salty snacks) during periods of stress.
I did achieve losing 7 pounds of fat (no, muscle loss), an inch of the chest, waist and hips, bringing down my fat % down 2.5 and total weight down by 3 ½ %. I feel much better.
My twelve week fall goal now is to lose 10 pounds of fat. I’ll check in on 11/24
