On the Priest tartan, is that green or just a trick of my monitor?
I'd forgotten that the Scott-Adie book has Austin too. The more I think about these, the Romanes & Patterson and the unbound collection at Moy Hall the more I'm convinced that we are looking at the 1930-40 equivalents of the modern weavers’ sample books that Wilsons would have sent out to their major customers. Their journeymen probably had something like these too when they travelled from town to town.
It's definintely your monitor: just black, lavender and light blue.
