I've known him for a long time, so I'm used to what he can do.... he looked a bit off and was a little disappointed himself at what footage he was able to get (plus, he felt bad constantly asking me to help him make snowballs and "can you record this for me?"... he wanted me to have fun wandering around and getting a walk in after being cooped up for so long inside). He was a bit choppy and had moments of hesitation moving from trick to trick. You could tell he was thinking about what he could do next before his hands got too cold. I've always been impressed with his fun style and how many tricks he can do. He was having a hard time getting enough footage of five ball juggling, too. Also (I think he told me, if I remember correctly) one of the segments was of him catching a snowball under his leg. He doesn't flash the camera (and wouldn't have, even if the kilt had lifted... he chose to be "non-traditional" for a few reasons), but he decided to do a very quick edit juuuust in case.

I do think he was also limited with what he could do with the tricks because it was snow (he didn't do behind-the-back catches, etc), but he's gone from juggling constantly to rarely juggling over the years. To be honest, I'm not sure if I've ever bothered juggling snowballs, so I'm not sure how hard it would be. I'm usually the one making the snowballs and recording video or taking photos.

We keep saying we'll get back to it more (well, mostly him... I'm not as good and don't have quite the interest he does), but you know how it can go sometimes.

Thanks for checking the video out, everyone! Not sure if we'll get a chance to go outside to try again before it melts today... it might even be too slushy at this point.
