I have a couple of PV kilts from Canadian Casual Kilt - they use Marton Mills material. They are generously hemmed and can be adjusted to length if desired. Mine ride like a traditional kilt. The hem adds some weight and may be of advantage in scottish country dancing. USA Kilts have also received good reviews and you wouldn't go wrong in using them.
