Next round of questions. My first games are this weekend , and I am wondering do any of you eat a special meal the night before or the morning of the games. Any carbo loading going on the night before?
I have been taking it easy this week with only light morning runs and stretching before work and some more running and stretching in the evening with some OS and WFD spin practice.
Am very excited about this weekends games, be the only time that every event well be a PR for me
