Have to agree with Calico that apron width needs to be expressed as a ratio or percentage. I've measured a Utilikilt and a Union Kilt and found them to be [major IIRC here] roughly 25% and 33% respectively of waist measurement. FlamingoKilts, when they were being made, were in the mid-30% range unless specifically requested otherwise.
