Another Texan?? Don't we have enough of these folks???
Welcome from St. Louis, cck, and wear it wherever the HE double hockey sticks you want. If a Texan can wear a cowboy hat wherever he wants, even indoors, you can do the same with a kilt

Hello cck,
Welcome to XMarks from the other side of the Atlantic in Norfolk, England.
I have found that the best place to wear a kilt is on either side of your front door.
Regards
Chas

Hello and welcome to X Marks the Texas Scot, I mean, X Marks the Scot. Austin has an annual Celtic festival, and there are the Highland games in Arlington (in June), Salado (November), and (maybe) Houston (May). Then, there are the non-routine Kilt Nights Out.
