Have you been in contact with your clan society? Perhaps the person there that arranged the whole thing can help get you some answers.

I have and She told me to be Patient.
I believe the kilts will come one day but as far as Being Patient,
If Clansmen Knitwear would just call or e-mail me and say
hey we are running late but its on the way I would feel better.
But nothing.

Re: What should I do? I ordered from Clansmen Knitwaer
So, I ask how long should some one wait for a Kilt?
and what is the longest any one has waited for a Kilt to be made, after you paid for it?
The longest I've ever had to wait was over a year, I eventually put some pressure on the kiltmaker to complete the kilt, the finished product was well worth the wait.

As Ron (Riverkilt) is fond of pointing out, "You may have any two of quality, price or service".
I guess we know where this company falls short.

I ordered my 16oz tank from my local shop and they said 6 to 8 weeks. I got it in 7 and they emailed me every couple o weeks to say it was on track. I will buy from them again. Refusing to give feedback to a customer is very bad.

In their case it is ONE of the above. And that is always price. Quality and service just aren't there.

Cancel. Call him and tell him (politely) that unless you have verification (tracking number) that says it's on the way, you are canceling payment. If he doesn't send it within 10 minutes of the call or gets rude then cancel.
