OK So you are on the edge of the Golden Horseshoe, Wine country. However with respect to privacy I won't go any further.
I have worked in theatres around that area. In St Catherines, Shaw and Showboat in Port. I've gone sailing out of Port Colbourne on Lake Erie and had a fabulous time.
    Enjoy your day

It's also good to see that the Scottish play was performed without any disasters. Perhaps the wearing of kilts wards away evil. (Yes, I'm superstitious when it comes to theatre...)

I once wore my MacDuff kilt to a performance of Macbeth, but I don't think anyone knew what tartan it was or the significance of it !
The Kilt is my delight !

Glad to see someone else follows this custom! My father did quite a bit of the plays of Shakespeare in his younger days, and the Scottish Play was always his favourite (He played the lead role), and so he raised me with the legend!

    See this nice wee article:

I'm also waiting for the Royal Shakespeare Company to travel North again so I can also give my McDuff kilt an airing! Saw another version by a local company 2 years ago, performed in the grounds of a 100 year old abbey on a summers evening. Magical. Wish I'd had it then..... though not sure about midge bites!
