    What a wonderful surprise indeed. If one is going to a wear a scarf (or flashes, waistcoat, etc) in the same tartan as their kilt, IMHO that is the way to go; having them all cut from the same cloth.

    Well to be honest, I was mostly in the alleys! But yes, Queen West is an interesting, eclectic neighbourhood.
