Re: Kilted BIGFOOT hunting!
I think you may be hunting BIGFOOT in the wrong area. Everyone knows that BIGFOOT roams the wild cedar forests of on the west coast of British Columbia,Canada.
Never-the-less it puts me in mind of an incident that happened many years ago as I was working in Northern B.C. in the Petroleum Industry
The guys were always taking about running into BIGFOOT while doing "rounds" at night.
One night dressed a co-worker dressed himself up in a bear costume he made from a bear he had shot and had the hide made into a fireplace rug. (Not my cup of tea) and walked out to a compressor station about 3/4 miles from the plant. He turned out all the lights in the "shack" so the new Kid would have to use his flashlight, that was a foot long 6 D-Cell battery job with a powerful light The kid walked into the compressor shack and started taking his readings. The fellow in the bear suit let out a growl while his was kneeling on the floor behind a compressor and crawled toward the new kid. The kid let out a scream and yelled a F*&$%k BEAR and started beating the guy in the bear suit on the head with his flashlight, raising huge black and blue marks on the guys head and face. The kid raced back to the plant screaming and yelling about this BIGFOOT in the compressor shack.
The guy who was playing the prank, was in a mess and almost senseless when he returned. We laughed our heads off for the rest of that night.
I would suggest, Don't shoot Bears and only take pictures of BIGFOOT and don't mess around with "New Kids" who you are supposed to be training on the job.
I just know you will have a wonderful experience that you will value for the rest of your life and an Experience that will stay with your daughter for ever.
Oh and if you do see BIGFOOT, be very nice to him and let him try on your kilt on then take a picture to share with us.
Lang may your lum reek and a wee mouse never leaves your cupboard with a tear in its eye.
