But that's my problem.
I just don't understand the Scottish traditional view of when a kilt is appropriate.

It seems to me, from reading many of Jock et al's statements, much of this is unspoken, implicit learning from early in life. You're feelings are understandable.
I think that's all I have to say.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
