Oh dear, I must get my eyes (and my memory) professionally checked. I think I'm going to stick by House of Bruar and Johnson's of Elgin, though, until someone tells me they are really House of Johnson and Bruar of Elgin or something.
Thank you for the gentle correction, Sandy.

I have Enjoyed looking at these photo's every day, These people look very
inportant ,as I am sure they are . I would like to see something like this here in the South east. (Many Chiefs in one place) I think that would be cool.
Pro 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

We don't get many days over 80. Sweaters are worn through June.
I do like that look - and I am certain my beautiful wife can pull it off in style! Awesome!

House of Bruar is a wonderful shop! Many of my tattersal shirts come from them, as well as lambswool jumpers. Lovely place to have tea and a wee chat - especially in the Perthshire sunshine.

I thought she was blonde?

Great photos! Both the original posts and the supplementary ones.
Certainly a different look to the types of gatherings we get over here (not all, but indeed some)... you know, where the "chieftain" is the local mayor and most of the attendees are in ghillie-shirts or Prince Charlies or pieces of lumberjack flannel shirt matterial wrapped around their waists or knee-high buckle-up goth type boots or any possible combination of the above! Quite refreshing to see people so "naturally" dressed.
Cheers!
Michael
