As a small Highland Dress matter, I find the Glengarries with green&white dicing very interesting.
Green & white dicing was worn by the Calcutta Scottish regiment, along with green & white diced hose, although I can't say I noticed any glens with that particular dicing in this thread. The colour party appeared to have glens with grey and yellow dicing...

Yes, the Glengarries of the colour party, which on my computer have olive green and offwhite dicing, which I've not seen previously.
Maybe it's like so many other things, where the colours as they appear in photos is deceiving.

I think it was some such illusion OC Richard. RBLS glengarries (used to be balmorals until a few years ago) have black and white diced bands.
