Re: The next project: a throwing/pubbing kilt for GGGP!

You will look fabulous in that kilt. Have fun with it, and win lots of competitions, GGGP. You have a great sense of humor, to boot!

    GGGP wants straps and buckles!

I see black leather and stainless steel in GGGP's future! Oh, and guys, she told me how long....

    errrr....

...how short to make it. After it's delivered, it's up to YOU to fawn all over her for pictures!

If he makes them that short he could get three or four from that piece of tartan! The napkins have more material than the skirts at TK.

GGGP, I dare you to wear these during your next competition. Betcha, you'd win. Those are seeeerious boots for a woman who knows how to use her power! Oh, and they match the tartan and the black straps!

I laid out the preliminary pleating last night. This has a mess of pleats, it's a very contrasty tartan....gonna look *great*.

Stabilized the cut edge at the hem(no selvedged edge on this one) turned it up and hemmed it this AM...

and snapped two crummy cell phone pics just to torment GGGP.

So whatcha' think X Marks? y'all think that GGGP can rock a kilt like this?

Amy has a Rocky special in that material if you want pics? Though Amy (while also a babe and has great legs) is a bit on the tall side, 5' 10". Her's is cut more concervative, more like a male cut. I goes from jeans hieght to knee top.

    Sure, why not?

GGGP's skirt will be right about 14 inches long and according to her will rest on her "low hips". Where, exactly, that winds up in relation to her kneecap, I can't quite say. I'm just the kiltmaker!
