Obviously the upper part of the uniform would have to be standard - white shirt, navy epaulettes with silver ID numbers, black tie, black fleece with chequered stripe across the chest and police badge.
But then what - black kilt with black hose/flashes and my Magnum boots? I'm thinking my utility belt would wreck the kilt. Would I wear a sporran? Flat cap or helmet?
Might give it a go sometime. Just for a lark, you understand.

what about a black kilt with a chequered stripe down the sides or on the front apron instead of a fringe.
you will have to wear the bobbys helmet with the blue flashing light on it that goes "ner ner ner ner"
