I tend to be old school (surprise) when it comes to scent. Only you and someone VERY close to you should be able to smell anything. Less is definitely more here, especially with the better quality stuff that's meant to linger. The problem I find is that people either use excess of the cheap stuff in an effort to make it last longer OR, they just think that more is better, which, of course is not the case. Even a pleasant scent can be obnoxious when used in excess.
