    The next kilt I am making from this tartan will be pleated to the red line, so it will be interesting to see the difference.
    Have you made this kilt yet, Matthew? I imagine the shift from green and yellow to blue and red makes for a dramatically different look.

    Oooh indeed! Matt is making me re-think the 8-yard kilt I had planned for this fabric.

    Being a Wallace, I have think I have a sufficiency of kilts to the yellow stripe, but that red stripe is attractive. I suppose I should try to work out the pleating for 8 yards versus 4; then consider a 6-yard knife pleat; then... Ah, the dreamer's work is never done.

    PS: maybe I should just finish the 4 yarder that's on my work table now!
