I walked a block or so 2 years ago in -25c (wind chill -35c)and I'm glad it wasn't further than that. I guess I'm a bit of a woos that way. I'm past trying to make a point of wearing kilts in adverse conditions. Under those conditions I just wear trousers - ta heck with it. It's not a contest.
