Thanx for all the advice but, I've been buttin heads with these folks for about four years now over similar issues and I will probably handle it the same as always. I just typically tell my boss, "fire me". And by his own admittance, he doesn't won't to lose me.
And as far as the discimination deal. They all know my religious beliefs of which I am very vocal and there is no discimination againest long haired rednecks. I have threatened to sick our "diversity" team on them though and that does get them to back off some. If I didn't disagree with most of what my company's diversity team does I would join up just for the power they have.
Aw well in a war of attrition I always win. And thanx again for the advice.
