If you want to wear it on a kilt belt then you can probably rig up a two strap hanger like
this one at any decent saddle and tack shop. Real cheap would just be
an angled sword frog. Those two are just examples, I don't necessarily recommend those particular products.
AH!! AH!! NO!! BAD!! Museum Replicas sell crap!! It's the same leather that JC Penny use for their belts, which means it's like the leather version of particle board, with a lovely cover glued on. Those have a tendency to fall apart. Really, those are meant for rapier style swords; not broadswords. The baldric is by far the best option.
