You also may want to check into a "computer repair tool kit", as you may have to buy that for a tri-wing driver.

And, good luck getting help at the Shack. My local stores have become nothing more than a third party cell phone shop. Not a single rep there knew what was talking about when I asked if they had a UPS System (un-interruptable power supply, think a 15 min battery for your desktop computer, for those that don't know) for sale, nor did they know if they carried 3.5mm three step to 3.5mm two step converters (stereo speakers w/ mic to just speakers).

I don't usually look for help at Radio Shack, just the parts needed. Mickey is usually really good with the electrical stuff and encourages me to do it myself, which I am trying to do more. And, to be honest, cell phones, computers and game consoles are outside of his ken though, so I try to pick up the slack there if I can (with help from the teenager we have in the house).
