The closest I ever get to this look is when wearing my Tilley hat. I wear a bolo, but haven't with a kilt, though I gotta say that Chris looks good in his (mine is snakeskin so I'm not sure it really works). I have boots but again, I cant do it. Only person I ever saw who pulled off a kilt with cowboy boots was GGGP. Picked up a western style tux jacket from CMcG that I'm still having trouble putting together.
