Right on! I am 'round all week, as you said. Holler if you want.

I got 2 new kilts in the mail today. Both are DCDalgliesh heavyweights. One is 6 yds, the other is 8 yds. Sweet as usual. Lookin' good, buddy.

Oy! Looks like I struck a nerve unintentionally. :crap: I've nothing against round belt buckles - I just haven't gotten there yet in my own particular sartorial style.

I must say, though, I do like the rugged looks of the buckles you have made, tyger.

    Re: Traditional kilt belt adjustment

Just kicking one back, man. I got a chuckle out of it, and I am still laughing. No harm intended, you can be sure of that.

I am in a creative mood today, contemplating if I should make a wooden boat design buckle for the wood sailboat guy, and feeling like the idea has gelled in my brain. A nice switch from all the science and medicine that has tied me up lately.

I like round things, and the energy of a round belt buckle is tops. When I see a photograph of men in kilts, my eye instantly recognizes the round buckle. All the squares and rectangles simply do not stand out. They are "lost."
