Wear the bow-tie even if you don't wear anything else. It will pay dividends in the long run. Have a great time.

I am with you on this. I have a few bow ties I have only acquired since wearing the kilt for formal occassions. I don't dress formally often so I while it takes me awhile to tie it correctly I like the "class" it adds.
