I am trying to find The Beatles, "Hey Jude" anyone have it? or know where i can get it?

If a rough copy will work, you can google for a midi file, and drop it into melody assistant from myriad-online.com -- it's a free download. There are settings for the midi import, and they are important. You need to set it to quantize, or else it will translate every pause into a rest, which makes things really messy.
You also might be able to find a basic piano transcription at your local library.
