    HofC hose in sizes Large (and larger) are 18" from heel to top of cuff after they are turned down.

    My plain and patterned-topped hose in size Large are 22" and 24" long, respectively, before they are turned down. I hope that helps.
    I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
