Altering P/V?

I haven't tried to put one in, but the 8 yrd PV kilt I bought from Skyehighland Outfitters came lined just like a wool kilt.



And as you can see, does not have a bulky rear which, I assume, indicates that the pleats were in fact cut out.



However, I can't speak to whether or not it has any kind of stabalizer in it as I have not bothered to take it apart to check.

But if you bought it from them, I can tell you this one is a very nice PV kilt.
