    OK, wore my Leatherneck with light blue dress shirt and unofficial USMC "regimental" style tie. Several comments:

    "Looks good"

    "OMG, you really did it!"

    "Cute knees there, Geoff" This was from the office cougar.

    In my section's office I also had a coworker in a Black Stewart and one in MacInnes Red.

    The NSA campus is fairly spread out, with a number of buildings. Apparently there were around a dozen or so of us kilted. Of course there is one fellow - a Cunningham - who is a government employee with much less restrictive dress code then are companies put on us contractors, who wears his clan tartan kilt every day.

    All in all a success, increased awareness of kilt wearing which was my goal.
