Your original query, KC, was about tower houses in the 17C. Is that the century you are interested in, or the 18C? Perhaps we are confusing you: Rathdown and I are referring to the 17C and fortified homes, but you seem to have moved to the rebellions of the 18C and garrisons and that's what Woodsheal is referring to.

Well I was referring to the 17th century because that's the century william took the throne, so for the game I'm taking the state of the castles at that point. Might have been unclear there, apologies!
