Don't hang St. Kilda out to dry with Ralph. They're victims in this as well as he's using their name without their consent.

Yes Sir , I agree I know now , I was at the Savannah Highland Games just last week and Ralph was there under the Banner of St. Kilta But he would not answear to the name Ralph . But it was him - I wonder how he gets away with doing this ?

Well there is a glimmer of hope! I contacted Lochcarron and there has been an order of 10 yards of MacMillan Hunting Ancient in 13 0z weight shipped to an address in Scotland. That is how Ralph said it would be done so maybe I will get my fabric after all. He said it would be sent to someone in Scotland then shipped in a kilt order shipment to him and then sent to me.

My advice would be to challenge the charge to your credit card, tell Ralph to cancel the order and contact St. Kilda SCOTLAND about the issue. They weren't the ones who charged you (Ralph was), but I'm sure they'd like to know that he's still using their name and trading under their banner. Order the fabric from another reputable dealer.

I wish you the best of luck, Harold and hopefully everything works out fine. Next time, I would recommend ordering tartan fabric from one of our fine, reputable, and honourable retailers that advertise on this forum, at least then, you'll receive honest professionalism every time and have peace of mind!![Very Happy](http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

Well I just received this from Gaelic Themes.
I am the Group Managing Director and this has been referred to me.
The cloth you refer to has been located and is held by us with instructions to ship with finished kilts later this week.
We make a substantial number of kilts and jackets for Mr Neilson and in our experience he works hard to give high customer service. I would suggest that you speak to him direct and your source of information from our knowledge may be referring to incidents of many years ago which again to our knowledge were all settled.
As the largest group in the Highlandwear market we are careful who we deal with.
Kind regards
Scott chalmers

Thanks Grizzly! I think it will now that Scott has said that he endorses St. Kilda USA I can and would hold him accountable as well if things were to go badly. I do believe now that they will go well though.

It looks as though this may not be the case!
