Airport tourist

Greetings all,

I just returned from the airport to pick up a friend, well the flight was about thirty minutes late so I took a little stroll around the terminal and ended up near the International flight area. I was standing looking at a new advertisement poster when this security guard came up to me and with all sincerity welcomed me not only to Denver, but to the USA. Only in a kilt would I become a foreigner in my own stomping grounds-got to love it.

Ah the good ole' DIA security folks.
I do miss Denver I used to live up notrh of there in Broomfield. I am hoping to get back to Colorado soon though the wife hates the public school system down here in FL.
we have been looking at Colorado Springs.

Family business takes me to Colorado Springs rather frequently, I dare say it is a nice town steeped in history.

I got a little mean streak in me and asked a how to get to a precise location and which street was the best to travel on to get to it. He asked if I had been in Denver before and of course I said yes that I was a hometown lad, he turned red and walked off.
