My lass just tested it out and an iPhone (or other WiFi/data device) has a separate IP address from computers connected to the same access point. That means different people can vote from the same location, if they have different devices!

I did some digging and now I get it... I LOVE that photo you posted and the inimitable Flame Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess definitely deserved first place in that contest. Sorry I missed it! The move back to Toronto (from Hong Kong) has kept me a bit out of the loop
