I dont know , I was just being funny . I know I am a want to be addict of kilts but my
Addiction to paying the bills has prevented me from this .

Anyway funny stuff , I geuss a P**ts wearer in a meeting like that would be thought of as

Kind of looks like this is during the running of the bulls, not in the arena. Every one has running shoes on. The curbing makes me wonder though.

Remember, the running of the bulls does end in the arena itself right from the street, so the shoes would still be of the sports variety (for the less crazy of the insane) at the end.

It might be unwise to wear a kilt for "urban exploration" in an area of high bob-wire or rusty metal content.
