    New Tartan Registered

A tartan that I designed for Craven County, NC to commemorate their 300th anniversary has just been registered. http://www.tartanregister.gov.uk/tar...aspx?ref=10679

Awesome , I was wondering if I may , Becuase I am curious ,But is it expensive to
register a tartan that you design ?
and how long did it take to get it all said and done ?
** If this is too personal -I am sorry and you do not have to answear .
I was just wondering as I want to do the same soon for my family.
Thank you for you insight .

I saw that this morning. It's really a nice tartan. I'm working on getting one adopted for McDowell County, just a wee bit bit west of you.

When that registration appeared earlier today I thought there just can't be two of you. Good looking design, Brian, with good thoughts behind it. Congratulations.

Well done, Bryan. I registered a tartan for South Africa last year, and hope to register more in future.
    Regards,
