As I have said, as have millions before me: You don't learn on bagpipes, you learn on the practice chanter. And if you tried to learn on bagpipes, instead of the chanter, your chances of learning would drop astronomically. To say nothing of the fact that you would find it very difficult to learn without an instructor. But that story has been told, ad infinitum. Just do a search
