Graham, In Ontario, TV fashion shows are quite popular, esp. with men, due to the fact that the female models often are featured bra-less in filmy tops. Although not a regular viewer, I've never seen any kilts or anything Gautier-esque featured.

Orange County and West Coast build good bikes,"
Excuse the drift Hank, but I got to differ with you here Bubba, and ask good for what...door stops, paper weights, boat anchors???? They sure aren't built for riders...people who "posture" perhaps but not riders.
they arent anything but overpriced and slapped together by idjuts at occ, i would not let them build me a bike if they paid me or if it was fer free.they built jay leno a bike and it died while on the road i think it was the way they wired up something to the tail light but i cant remember.
wcc on the other hand actualy builds motorcycles by hand and some tools so i like them, but occ
they are both over priced though but i still want a chopper done by wcc someday.
thanks

garage ornaments
i have decided that the occ bikes and wcc and some of the other very expensive bikes are garage ornaments fer the rubs(rich urban bikers)
the engines get worse gas mpg than my car and my car is 22-23 years old and just eats gas.
i like me kidneys too much to ride a rigid got to have them fer processing alchohol or is that yer liver? i slept through biology too
thanks

Graham, Jean Paul Gaultier did go through a "kilt" phase during the 90's, but it was mainly for women. They were pretty much school-girl skirts that were longer.
He designed a lot of Madonna's clothes in the 90's. Now, it's Rocky and Kelly doing her designing. Gaultier designed a fake looking kilt thing for her Drowned World tour, and USA Kilts designed a real kilt for her Re-Invention tour.
