He still tries that. If you look at the men's section of his website, you'll find the skirts for men, which are quite tacky, in my opinion. I think he might have designed the long skirt thing at the Dressed to Kilt event.
I'm afraid not, Rufus. All the men's outfits worn on the catwalk at "Dressed to Kilt" in NYC (including the long, full-length kilts) were designed by Howie Nicholsby of "TFCK" in Edinburgh.

The black full-length kilt was designed by Howie for himself - to wear whilst clubbing - and he has since sold quite a few of them to 'early twenty somethings' for much the same use. A couple of years ago, I tried on that very black kilt for a few minutes, and I have to say it was wonderful to wear. I am, however, too old to ever wear such a thing in public ..... I mean, I have never even BEEN clubbing!
