Haaaaa ! This is not the gardening forum or the painting forum ( tartan paint , crack me up) ... but both were very funny !!!
I am with the majority , hose first before belt. However , both can get a bit addictive ! Especially when you start checking out all the fine custom leather work that's available for a very wide range of kilt belts !
