You think you get noticed in a kilt??

Try wearing a tutu. I wore one at a 5k race called "Trek or Treat" tonight. Must of had 10 people say "nice tutu" AND embarrassed the heck out of my 8 year old daughter. "You're not wearing THAT are you?". Yes dear, I am.

Well, at least they aren't calling the tutu a kilt like my kilt was called a tutu this week...

Didn't John Beluchi wear a kilt in a SNL skit?

I have a good friend, who when I told him I would be wearing a kilt at my daughter's wedding, went into a horse laugh and said, "I want to see you in a skirt."

I soberly replied, " I have have no issues concerning my masculinity, unlike other people I know." The subject changed abruptly...

These types of comments are simply people voicing their own insecurity.

Funny enough, all of the tutu comments were positive.

I can just hear that same woman at the side of the above-mentioned race yell out "love the kilt!"
