Whole Lot Of Jonesing...

Back in February I ordered one of Matt Newsome's heirloom kilts, custom weave and all. About a month ago Matt informed me I was fourth in his queue. The suspense finally starting to get to me.

Then last week the company I work for anounced the theme for their annual Christmas party...black & white. Everyone is encouraged to where black and white only, no colors. So I ordered a semi-traditional from USA Kilts in the Menzies black and white tartan. I checked the "rush" option in hopes it will arrive before December 8th (the date of the party).

On top of that, I found a really nice stingray skin. So now I need to find the time to turn it into a nice sporran for the occasion.

Between the suspense of waiting to receive one of Matt's masterpieces, the suspense of getting the Menzies kilt on time for the party, and the pressure of getting a new sporran made before the party, I will be doing some serious jonesing over the next month.

The border collie definiely fits the theme Unfortunately the party is being held at a hotel that doesn't allow pets.
