    Is that your Halloween costume?

    Is that your Halloween costume?
, Was a new one here - from a young teenager.
I will admit I am dressed all in black.
Answer: "Yes, But I wear other colors too." Wasn't ready for this one but should have been

Pants is only a present tense verb here. I once panted, but it's all cool now.

I was wondering about this regarding Oct 31 ... since I always go out kilted I wondered if it might be taken as a Halloween costume . But I just went out once and nothing happened haha.

Maybe some year I'll dress up in some way.

People asked me yesterday why I wasn't kilted. I told them, "because it's Halloween."

Love it! pugcasso and I aren't likely to have a chance to use it. Pants is only a present tense verb here. I panted once, but it's all cool now. Had become so used to kilts that it took a second to figure out to what she was refering. Ergo the stumbly response.

I did think about doing a great kilt in the Maple Leaf tartan ....I did get 4.5 yards of 60" wide PV material in that but didn't get around to fixing up the edges. I'll have to fix up the edges and wearing it around my place

Googled and found 3 "official" ML tartans - 2 similar and one with a green center strip. All look great, the green center looks christmasy.

I was told today, "Halloween was yesterday." I just grinned and carried on.

Well done! I might have incited something by saying "I *know*"... ;-)
The spirit of the Declaration of Arbroath (6 April 1320) abides today, defiantly resisting any tyranny that would disarm, disperse and despoil proud people of just morals, determined to keep the means of protecting their families and way of life close at hand.
