BTW, have you had much feedback from the article?
Very little feed-back, Graham. All that I received came on the same day, about a week after the article appeared. I was doing my weekly shop at the supermarket when the girl who sold me my National Lottery ticket giggled and said, "We all saw you in the paper last week and recognised you as 'our man in the kilts'!". A few minutes later, a shelf-filler whispered a similar comment - and walked away. Then, whilst I was loading my purchases on the conveyor at the checkout, a chap behind me said, "You must be the most famous man in Storrington?". Unfortunately, the place was manically busy so there were no opportunities to engage any of those people in conversation. Everyone, including me, was in such a hurry. Sadly, all I could do was acknowledge their remarks in some way and thank them.

There was a mention on BBC local radio the morning of publication. One of the Presenters announced that 'S-----d Hamish' (I have to admit that is how I am known on the airwaves) would not be on air that day, as he was too busy with his Agent arranging his next catwalk appearances!

How about you, and your article? Have you been stopped in the street by autograph hunters?
