Possible Conversion Donegal Tweeds on Ebay

I just bought 5 yards of blue and gray wool shadow tartan and see they have a couple nice Donegal Tweed jackets size 40. Might make a nice conversion for someone with the mind to do it or have it done.

Those are both beautiful tweeds. Pocket and lower button placement might pose problems for a non-obvious conversion.

I may be mistaken but I think Magee do actually make kilt jackets in Donegal.

I agree David, pockets did look a bit low to me also. Just thought Id pass on the deal. They would even look nice with a pair of breeks or plus 2's and even p*&^ts.
