they are green tartan Midwestern Kilt Company Kilts
and they are both the same
I got them for $45 each

while they are Midwestern Kilt Company Kilts
it was a defernt E-Bay seller that had them
so I am second owner but they seem to
be like new as the person that had them said they were
only worn once
