You could do worse than a Stillwater Standard in Gordon

Having only worn 8yd wool kilts previously I was very impressed with it for what they charge, and a number of other members rate them highly.
It is lighter than a 16oz wool kilt, but it does have most of the traditional features like buckles, belt loops and reverse pleats.
My only criticism of it would be the straps and buckles though leather aren't the highest quality (that doesn't mean they're bad though).
You should also also avoid naked flames in them too since they're acrylic.
You could also, if you wanted more choice, look at USA kilts semi traditional PV options or as Steve indicated Freedom Kilts also does them.
