you might also check with buyakilt.com, one of the advertisers here. They offer 8yd. PV kilts for as little as $71.00. I do not have one of these but others here do have and report them as very good. I have bought other things from this company several times in the past and the quality of the items and the service cannot be beat.
I have both PV and woolen kilts and like them both.
