I sometimes feel the same way. I sometimes think about doing a North American road trip (U.S. and Canada) during my next move (upcoming this spring). Often I think of planning my route via all the cities where there are XMTS members that I enjoy reading and interacting with. It might be a fun way to move with a kilt night in a different city/country each night of the drive to my new city.
Nevertheless, I like your idea to just say HI. And just because I like that you use this as nearly a trademark element...
