first off may I say, I had nor have any intention to "bad mouth" a vendor. I did not mention the vendors name. like I said some of you have had kilts from this guy.
it was my own stupid fault.
clicking like a madman not reading the agreement, lets face it, when you install software you just click Ok(not readin agreement) and have done with it,knowing you can back out later if need be,with ebay I found the
"backing out" not as easy, this is NOT the fault of the guy from stillwater.but, my own fault.
here follows the email between us to clear things up a bit.........I don't thin I clicked submit.
I don't know what to tell you! You had to click thru two links to finalize a purchase, and it was explained every step as to what is happening.
You need to understand that, once you agree to purchase, (by clicking the "BUY NOW" link and reviewing the terms and then clicking "submit") I am charged a listing and final value fee by ebay for selling the item.
I will not force you to complete a sale that you had no intention of entering- it is entirely up to you, but if you decide the purchase was indeed an accident I will have to file a NPB report with ebay- the only way to recover my costs of selling the item. Any buyer who gets 3 NPB (non-paying bidder) reports is no longer allowed on ebay.
This is not a good way to start your ebay experience, and I appreciate that no matter what step you decide to take, it will probably leave a bad taste in your mouth!
Best regards,

well it looks like I bought myself a new kilt.
I was just trying to see how I could pay for it.
then BANG, I bought it, dunno how.
I am new to ebay.
I didn't intend to buy it.
anyway if this creates a problem, then I WILL buy it.
I just need to know the total and the address to send a us check to.
I live in Canada.
so the shipping will be different.
sorry for any problems.
END OF EAMIL....................
p.s.
I"M VERY SORRY FOR ANY PROBS OR HARD FEELINGS THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED.
