My wife and I have had some unfortunate experiences on Ebay as well. Sometimes the picture looks much "different" than the actual product, or the seller won't answer email questions once the sale is completed - BAD customer service! On the other hand, I have also had some of the BEST customer service from sellers I have purchased from on Ebay! I currently own 5 kilts from Stillwater and the service and products I have received has been excellent! However, I was an Ebay newbie once, and can relate! Experience is a great teacher! Feedback can be a good indicator, but not always...
